NUZ-001 had a “small but significant” effect on neuron survival within a TDP-43-mediated cell death model after an acute 24-hour treatment

The independent study was completed in collaboration with The University of Queensland, exploring NUZ-001’s effect on survival and autophagy in the NSC-34 mouse motor neuron cell line

Future studies will evaluate NUZ-001’s effect within a chronic treatment model to further understand its biological mechanisms
