WHERE THE PROGRAM IS
1
Fully enrolled with topline pending
HEALEY Regimen I: 250 participants in under five months, a record for
the platform with topline results remaining on track for
late Q2 CY2027
2
Regulatory clarity
FDA Type C feedback supports the potential for Regimen I to serve as
a single registrational study, subject to substantial evidence of
effectiveness
3
Operational readiness
Long-term GMP supply agreed with Elanco; NIH-funded Expanded
Access Program for ~200 patients in preparation
THE OPERATING BACKDROP
Capital Structure Simplification
The convertible note facility created uncertainty around the Company's
capital structure and the potential dilution. Removing the notes from the
structure removes this uncertainty.
The opportunity
A 56% share price recovery from 1 September to 28 October 2026 following a
standstill with Obsidian1. Neurizon performed strongly against peer group
over both short and long term (3, 6 and 12 months)2
Market Positioning
With a fully enrolled potentially registrational trial that will read out in late Q2
CY2027, Neurizon is very well positioned. The simplified capital structure and the
reduced selling should allow better recognition of this.
1 1 September 2026 was the last day of selling by Obsidian prior to the agreed standstill between Obsidian and Neurizon.

1 for 1 options, up to $30,000 per holder, without
brokerage
3
Continued engagement with our
shareholders

future drawdown needs shareholder approval,
after the Board has considered all alternatives
4 Board and management alignment
Directors, management and their direct networks
have contributed strongly to this raise.
