The Company has withdrawn resolution 4 as a result of the capital raising announced earlier today. Resolution 4 will not be put to the vote at the AGM and any votes submitted on resolution 4 will be disregarded. Voting/Proxy Forms already submitted remain valid in all other respects, including voting on other resolutions to be considered at the AGM. No action is required to be taken by shareholders.
